To be eligible to register and maintain an active laroph Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, laroph reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the accounts and to void any associated bets or winnings.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a functional email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 KYC Verification. laroph requires completion of KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal. KYC requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and a selfie as directed. laroph reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
4.4 Account Currency. All laroph Accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). laroph does not support multi-currency accounts.
4.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of their Account or any interest therein.
5.1 Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their Account.
5.2 laroph will never request a User's password under any circumstances. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to laroph support immediately.
5.3 Users must notify laroph immediately via live support chat upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their Account.
5.4 laroph shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the User failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials, used a compromised device, or accessed the Platform over an unsecured network.
5.5 laroph reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account following repeated failed login attempts as a protective security measure.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. laroph accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven bills payment, subject to current availability as displayed in the Platform's Wallet section.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. laroph does not charge platform-side deposit fees; however, payment providers may impose their own transaction charges.
6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 2–4 business hours. These timeframes are targets and may be affected by payment provider delays, public holidays, or system maintenance. laroph does not guarantee specific processing times beyond its operational control.
6.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to KYC completion. laroph reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds as required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
6.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. laroph will notify the Account holder by email and/or SMS before applying any dormancy administration fee. Users are encouraged to log in regularly to maintain account activity.
7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional offers issued by laroph are subject to specific wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligibility conditions set out in the individual promotion's terms, which supplement and are incorporated into these Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, Bonus Funds must be wagered in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. laroph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using promotional funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, or hedging bonus bets.
7.4 Promotion Availability. laroph promotions are available to eligible registered Users only. laroph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect Users who are in active compliance with ongoing promotion terms.
7.5 Bonus Funds and Real Money Wager funds are tracked separately within the Wallet. Where both are present, Real Money Wager funds are used first unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
8.1 All bets placed on laroph Casino are final once confirmed. It is the User's responsibility to verify bet selections, amounts, and terms before confirmation. laroph is not liable for bets placed in error by the User.
8.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that interrupts or corrupts the outcome of a wager, laroph reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the User's Wallet. Wins resulting from an identifiable game malfunction are not payable.
8.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, odds, and in-play availability are subject to change. laroph reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were published in error or where the outcome of an event has been subject to irregular activity.
8.4 Maximum Win Limits. Maximum win limits per game session or bet may apply and are displayed within each game's information panel. laroph reserves the right to void winnings that exceed stated maximum win limits.
8.5 All game outcomes on the laroph platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. laroph does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the laroph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 laroph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
10.2 Upon Account closure in good standing (no outstanding breach), verified real money balances will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon closure.
10.3 Users may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting laroph's 24/7 live support. Closure requests related to responsible gaming concerns will be acted upon immediately.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, laroph's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 laroph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from or related to your use of the Platform, howsoever caused.
12.3 laroph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
12.4 The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. laroph accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through use of the Platform.
13.1 laroph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
13.2 By registering an Account, Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement purposes.

16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the laroph Platform shall first be submitted to laroph's internal complaints procedure. Users should contact laroph support to initiate a formal complaint.
16.3 laroph will acknowledge formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days.
16.4 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through laroph's internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
