12.1 laroph employs age verification mechanisms during the registration process to prevent access by minors. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID confirming the User's date of birth.
12.2 If laroph discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to deactivate the associated account, delete the personal data collected, and report the matter as required by applicable law.
12.3 Registered Users must not permit any person under the age of 21 to access or use their Account. Users accessing laroph on shared or family devices should take appropriate measures to prevent minor access.
